Starting out in this industry is expensive. Outfitting your own space — table, equipment, supplies — before you have a single client is a barrier most new grads can't clear alone.
I've been doing this for 18 years. I remember what that felt like.
Waxy Moon has a fully equipped treatment room available three days a week. It's designed for hair removal — sugaring and waxing — but works equally well for lashes, massage, and other services. If you're a new grad looking for a professional space to build your clientele before committing to a full lease, or an established pro who needs a place to work without the overhead, this might be exactly what you need.
No sales pitch. No upsell. Just a professional space and a colleague who's been where you are.

The Details
* Clean table layout, same style as the training page
* Available days: Friday, Saturday (every other Saturday), Sunday - option to do every other to further reduce monthly rent)
*Rate$55 per day — billed monthly by days booked
Example 4 Fridays in a month = $220 for that month
* Commitment: 6-month lease agreement
* Requirements: Valid esthetician, cosmetology, or massage therapy license + Washington State business license
* Focus: Hair removal equipment provided — facials and other services welcome, equipment not provided

Renting here isn't just access to a room. I've been building and running a sustainable esthetics practice for 18 years — sliding scale pricing, no retail, no sales pitch, and a full book of loyal clients. If you have questions about running your business, setting your prices, or working through a technique challenge, I'm available as a resource.
What I'm not offering is hands-on training — that's a separate program. But if you're the kind of person who learns from asking questions and figuring things out, you'll find me genuinely useful to have around.
